Our emergency line runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across New Albany, Southern Indiana, and the Louisville metro. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, but a no-heat call in a cold snap does not wait for Monday.

They maintain our furnace and a/c, and on the rare occasion we have a problem, respond quickly. When it was time to replace the furnace, we chose them. Do you offer emergency HVAC repair?

Yes. We run a 24-hour emergency line for both sides of the river. If your heat fails in a cold snap or your AC quits during a heat advisory, call (812) 944-6019 and we will get a technician moving. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, but the emergency line does not keep office hours.

How do I know if my HVAC system needs repair?

How much does HVAC repair cost?

Repair costs depend on the fault, the system type, and the parts needed. We charge a flat $95 diagnostic fee, which we credit toward the repair if you go ahead with the work. You get a firm price before we touch anything, and we do not start work you have not approved.

Do you repair both furnaces and air conditioners?

Yes. We repair furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete HVAC systems. Whether you need winter heating repair or summer AC repair, our licensed technicians can diagnose and fix the issue.

How quickly can you respond to an HVAC repair call?

We can often get to you the same day, depending on the time of year and how the schedule looks. Emergency calls jump the queue. Peak summer and the first hard freeze are our busiest windows, so call early if you can.

Should I repair or replace my HVAC system?

If your system is more than 10–15 years old, needs frequent repairs, or struggles to hold a comfortable temperature, replacement may be cheaper over the long run. We will evaluate what you have and tell you honestly which way to go. If a repair will get you several more good years, we will say so.
