They maintain our furnace and a/c, and on the rare occasion we have a problem, respond quickly. When it was time to replace the furnace, we chose them.  Our previous unit had a 10 year warranty, at 16 years going into winter, we chose to be proactive, and had a new unit installed. We recommend them without reservation!
