Our shop sits at 414 East Main Street, on the same street as Mansion Row. That is not a marketing detail. It means most of the houses we work in were built long before anyone thought about central heating and cooling, and they break in ways newer houses do not.

Yes. We run a 24-hour emergency line for both sides of the river. If your heat fails in a cold snap or your AC quits during a heat advisory, call (812) 944-6019 and we will get a technician moving. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, but the emergency line does not keep office hours.
