HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT CONVENTIONAL FURNACE / AIR CONDITIONER UNITS FOR HOME AND COMMERCIAL
Natural gas, LP gas, and all electric; energy efficient; single and variable speed.
HANGING HEATERS – good for warehouses and garages.
ROOFTOP HEATERS – packaged rooftop HVAC system contains all components in a concise unit.
HEAT PUMPS – the difference between a heat pump and a conventional air conditioner is that a heat pump can reverse itself to provide heating when needed. It absorbs heat from the air outside and uses it to warm the home.
PTAC UNIT – (Packaged Terminal AIr Conditioner) – Self contained unit installed through the wall and provides cooling and heating. PTAC units are perfect for small spaces like hotel rooms and add-on rooms where do ductwork is available.
MINI SPLIT SYSTEMS – Mini Split system provides heating and cooling from individual rooms and sunrooms; perfect for homes with no ductwork available, or where it isn’t feasible to install ductwork. Unit is mounted to the wall and connected to outside compressor.
DUCTS – REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
Cool and warm air moves through the ducts to every room in the home. Holes in ductwork caused by pests or collapsed sections will allow heated and cooled air to leak out before it gets to the room registers and causes the HVAC system to work harder, allowing dust and pollen to come into the home through the room registers.
HVAC CAGE FOR OUTDOOR UNITS
Installing a locking cage over the outdoor unit discourages thieves from stealing the unit or from removing the copper tubing inside the unit.
THERMOSTATS
– Digital display thermostats and programmable thermostats.
– Smart thermostats allow the homeowner to adjust heating and cooling settings from other devices such as a laptop or smartphone.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Air Purifier / Air Filtration Systems – Air travels through a filter (or series of filters) and traps airborne allergen particles such as dust, pollen, and smoke produced by cigarettes, candles, and wood-burning fires.
Ultraviolet Lights – Air sterilization with UV light kills bacteria and viruses in the air as it passes under the light by destroying the molecular bonds that hold their DNA together. Used in hospitals to sterilize rooms and equipment.
Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers – Helps to maintain appropriate moisture levels in the home to stave off mold growth issues. Dry air leads to dry skin, sore throat, irritated nasal passages, and itchy eyes.
