MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
We will do the following:

Schedule Two Service Inspections During Regular Hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Instruct You on the Operations of Your Equipment

Any Repairs Will be Completed with Your Approval Only

All Parts Will be Billed with a 10% Discount

SPRING MAINTENANCE CHECK
We will do the following:
  • Adjust Belts
  • Clean Condensate Drain
  • Check Operating Temperature Drop Across Evaporator Coil
  • Check Operating Pressures
  • Adjust Thermostat as Necessary
  • Inspect, Adjust and Clean Blower Assembly as Necessary
  • Make Necessary Recommendations
  • Lubricate All Parts Requiring Same
  • Check All Safety and Protective Devices
  • Check for Adequate Refrigerant in System

SPRING MAINTENANCE CHECK

WINTER MAINTENANCE CHECK
We will do the following:
  • Inspect Heat Exchanger for Cracks or Damage
  • Adjust Burner for Efficiency
  • Lubricate Moving Parts
  • Check Belt and Adjust Tension
  • Clean and Adjust Pilot Assembly
  • Check for Gas Leak in Furnace
  • Check Flue Pipe and Draft Diverter
  • Clean Burners and Heat Exchanger
  • Check Furnace for Proper Flue Venting
  • Check All Safety Controls for Proper Operation
  • Check Thermostat for Calibration and Operation
  • Check Complete Furnace Cycle and Operation
  • Make Necessary Recommendations

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT COSTS?
Annual Maintenance Agreement

The cost of an annual maintenance agreement is literally less than having your normal clean and check done plus one service call a year. You will no longer have to remember to call for service. We will send you a letter/postcard each Spring and Fall to schedule maintenance at a convenient time. With your cost minimized and the peace of mind knowing your equipment is being kept in tip-top running order, your annual maintenance agreement is a bargain at the following prices:

Furnace/Air Conditioning System — $148 per Year

Humidifier Inspection — Additional $10

Electronic Air Cleaner — Additional $20

For out of Area — Additional $20
